A cold lonely day on the beach but still, people were out and about. I walked down to look at the ice floes that dotted the coastline and came upon this family (to the right) and a lone man wearing a puffy down parka flying a huge blue kite.

I caught this shot right as the kite sailed in front on the sun trying to poke through the overcast clouds.
